SMS Terms & Consent

RCI HVAC & Construction Services, LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages relate to heating, cooling, and construction services and may include:

• Replies to a service request or quote inquiry you submitted
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, and rescheduling
• Estimates, invoices, payment links, and payment confirmations
• Follow-ups after a visit, including satisfaction check-ins and review requests
• Maintenance reminders and occasional seasonal offers (for example, a fall tune-up)

You opt in by doing any of the following:

• Checking the “Yes, text me” box on a form on this website and submitting it with your mobile number
• Texting our business line, or replying to a text from us
• Giving us verbal permission when you call or when we are on site, which we record in your customer file

The consent language shown with our web forms reads: “Yes, text me. By checking this box I agree to receive text messages from RCI HVAC & Construction Services, LLC at the number provided about my service request, appointment reminders, and occasional seasonal offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most customers receive a handful of messages around each appointment or invoice. Promotional or seasonal messages are sent no more than a few times per year.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages from that program. You can also opt out by calling (405) 693-6885 or emailing office@rciheatingandcooling.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to buy services; we will contact you by phone or email instead.

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any product or service from us, request a quote, or schedule a visit.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent collected through this program will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use messaging service providers only to deliver messages on our behalf, and they may not use your information for any other purpose.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
