Why is my mini-split running but not cooling?+
Most often a clogged filter or blocked airflow. It can also be a worn part, a control problem or, on multi-zone systems, an imbalance between heads. We check all of it.
How often should a ductless system be serviced?+
Once a year before summer for most homes. Rinse or replace the indoor filters yourself regularly during heavy use.
