Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call us, text us, or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the type of service you need, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our advertising and analytics partners may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages you visit, time spent on pages, referring links, approximate location, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 3.

Call and text records

When you call or text our business line, we log the phone number, date, time, and duration, and the call may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant that collects your name, callback number, and the reason for your call so our team can follow up.

Call tracking

We may use call tracking numbers to measure advertising. When you call a tracking number shown on the Site or in an ad, the ad or page that led you to call may be logged.

The Site does not offer user accounts or registration, and we never ask you to create a login.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your service requests, questions, and quote inquiries
• Schedule, deliver, and follow up on HVAC and construction services
• Communicate with you about appointments, estimates, invoices, and completed work
• Send text messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 4)
• Measure and improve our advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
• Detect and protect against fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function and help us understand how the Site is used.

Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram)

We may advertise on Meta platforms and use the Meta Pixel. The pixel tells Meta when someone visits our Site or takes an action (such as submitting the contact form) after seeing one of our ads. This lets us measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have previously visited the Site. Information collected through the Meta Pixel is governed by Meta’s Data Policy, and you can control how Meta uses it through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics about Site traffic and usage. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended. We do not use cookies to collect personal information for SMS marketing purposes.

If you check the texting box on one of our forms, reply to a text from us, or otherwise give us permission, we may send you text messages about your service request, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and invoices, and occasional seasonal offers. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

Phone numbers and consent collected for text messaging will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — companies that host our website, deliver our contact form email, provide analytics, operate our phone system and text messaging, process payments, or run our scheduling software, and that may only use the information to perform services for us
• Advertising partners — Meta Platforms and Google receive data collected through the pixel and analytics tools described in Section 3, subject to their own privacy policies
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RCI, our customers, or others
• Business transfers — if RCI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: to respond to you, maintain our customer relationship, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and restricted access to customer records. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can, at any time:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
• Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, or of other marketing by telling us when we contact you
• Control cookies through your browser settings
• Manage Meta ad targeting through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on

Oklahoma does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, but we extend the choices above to every visitor. If you are a resident of a state with an applicable privacy law, contact us and we will honor the rights that law provides. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The Site is intended for adults seeking home or commercial services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

The Site links to third-party websites, including our Facebook page. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
