Oklahoma City
Heating and air across Oklahoma City, from the house to the rooftop
One of our two largest customer bases. Homes on the south side, restaurants downtown, rooftop units on buildings all over the metro.
Oklahoma City is where most of RCI's commercial work lives. We maintain multiple restaurants and commercial buildings across the metro, we've done commercial kitchen hood and make-up air systems for schools, and we've installed a Samsung VRF system at a perinatal clinic. The crane-set rooftop changeouts in our gallery are OKC jobs.
It's also a big part of our residential book. South OKC is a short run from the Moore shop, and we've got long-time customers from Capitol Hill to the far northwest side.
Residential service in OKC
The city has every kind of house: 1930s bungalows with retrofitted duct, 1970s ranches on their third furnace, and new builds with builder-grade equipment that's just coming off warranty. We work on all of it and we service every brand.
The most common calls are an AC that can't keep up on a 100-degree afternoon, a furnace that won't light on the first cold morning, and rooms that never cooled right because the duct was wrong from the start. The last one is where the sheet metal shop earns its keep.
- AC and furnace repair
- System replacement, including right-sizing older homes
- Heat pumps and dual-fuel setups
- Ductless mini-splits for additions, garages, and older homes
- Indoor air quality: humidifiers, UV lights, filtration
- Seasonal maintenance plans
Commercial HVAC in Oklahoma City
Restaurants, medical offices, retail, warehouses, and multi-tenant buildings. We handle rooftop package units, split systems, VRF, and the make-up air and exhaust that commercial kitchens depend on to pass inspection and keep the line cool.
Changeouts are a specialty. We stage the crane, pull the old unit, set the new one, and have the space running again the same day, usually before the business opens. Maintenance contracts cover coil cleaning, belts, filters, refrigerant checks, and a documented visit log for the building owner.
- Rooftop unit repair and crane-set changeouts
- Commercial kitchen hoods, make-up air, and exhaust
- VRF and multi-zone systems
- Preventive maintenance plans with documented visits
- Custom sheet metal duct from our own shop
Why OKC businesses keep us
A rooftop unit that fails in August takes a dining room or a clinic offline. The buildings we maintain get inspected before summer and before winter so that doesn't happen, and when something does break, the owner is calling a crew that already knows the roof.

Services
What Oklahoma City calls us for
Do you cover all of Oklahoma City?+
Yes. We're based in Moore, so the south side is closest, but we run across the whole city every week, including Del City, Midwest City, Warr Acres, and Nichols Hills.
Can you handle a commercial changeout with a crane?+
Yes. That's a regular job for us. We coordinate the crane, the delivery, and the curb adapter, and schedule the lift for a time that doesn't shut the business down.
Do you work on commercial kitchen ventilation?+
Yes. Hood systems, make-up air, and exhaust for restaurants and school kitchens. It's one of the things RCI is known for in the metro.
What about a home that never cools evenly?+
That's usually airflow, not the equipment. We measure static pressure and check the duct design before anyone talks about a bigger unit. Fixes range from sealing and rebalancing to fabricating new trunk line in our shop.
